Why do I have to fix my internal nofollow links?

We don’t recommend setting internal links to “nofollow” as you lose link juice that way. The nofollow attribute was introduced by Google to combat comment spam and shouldn’t be misused to manipulate the link profile of a website. If you intended to use the nofollow attribute to prevent certain URLs or directories from appearing in search engine results we recommend checking the methods Google provides for that purpose to find something more suitable.

For more information on the nofollow attribute, check out our Ryte wiki.
