Our OPR KPI is calculated regarding Googles PageRank algorithm. It is not completely identical but similar and takes into account how many internal links enter a specific page and how many links from that page point to other pages. This means a site with high OPR has a lot of incoming links and references. Many incoming links equal a higher possibility of users visiting this page. If this site is not indexable there is a loss of potential and maybe you could think of another page to direct those incoming links too.
