Ensure that Google Analytics is connected in the profile settings. Navigate to your profile settings by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen and using the button “Edit profile”.

From there, choose the tab “Services”. You should now see the connected Google Account as well as the connection to Google Analytics (and Google Search Console, if applicable).

If you don’t see the connection to Google Analytics, click on “Manage” and connect Google Analytics as well.

You should now be able to load the list of Google Analytics properties in the Google Analytics report or via the icon in the Website Success reports.

All the Google Analytics properties that you connect to your Ryte projects must be available in the same Google account.
Example: You have a website https://domain.com/ that you’re analyzing with Ryte. The Analytics property is in your Google account analytics@example.com, which you connect to your Ryte account. If you have another Ryte project, http://otherwebsite.org/, your Google account analytics@example.com must have access to the Analytics property for that website as well, otherwise, you won’t be able to connect Analytics for this second project. If you don’t have access rights to the other property, ask the administrator of the Google property to grant you access.
